Marcia's
Goal
Purchasing or
selling a home are possibly the most important
decisions you will ever make. Marcia knows
that a home represents much more than just
a "dwelling" - bricks, walls, or
paint. A home represents memories and the
place where you lived and grew or will live
and grow with your loved ones. Marcia knows
that the choices you make when buying or selling
a home are not choices you will make lightly.
She will not push you into a decision or neglect
you when you need advice about a decision.
When it is time to purchase or sell your next
home, Marcia would be honored if you will
give her 10 percent of your trust and let
her earn the remaining 90 percent.

Marcia's
Real Estate Statistics
* Marcia feels that healthy competition enables
sellers to achieve higher
selling prices. She prefers to expose or advertise
her properties to as many agents
and buyers as possible. Some agents do not
market their properties to other agents and,
thus, deprive their sellers of healthy competition
and higher sales prices. Marcia could sell
all her listings herself, but she prefers
to let as many agents as possible know about
her listings to ensure that her sellers achieve
the maximal sales price in the
shortest amount of time.
Giving

people of Greater Topeka have given a lot
to Marcia, and she has devoted her time and
effort returning their generosity.

Dedicated
To You
Aficion
means passion, and an aficionado possesses
an abundance of this quality. Marcia
Kelly
is an aficionado of real estate. " I
love meeting people and helping them find
the
homes of their dreams or achieve their goals
with as little hassle as possible."
Tradition
Marcia
is a fourth-generation real estate agent.
Her great-grandfather became a real
estate
agent in Missouri after fighting in the Civil
War. She learned about real estate as a
child while playing in her father's real estate
firm and later, as an adult, while working
there. She celebrated with her father, a REALTOR®
for 60 years, when he became president
of the California Real Estate Association.
She learned much about financing while
working in the Real Estate and Construction
Finance divisions of Crocker Bank in San Francisco.
Dogs
And Cats and Surfboards, Oh My!
Marcia’s
son Michael holds the biggest part of her
heart. A KU graduate in engineering and computer
science, Michael now works as an urban planner
while attending graduate school. Marcia also
loves
animals and shares her home with three dogs,
Bubbles, Beau and Bear, and two cats, Garbo
and
Charra. Raised on California beaches, Marcia
is an accomplished surfer. (She has done little
of this since watching the movie Jaws.) She
also enjoys skiing, yoga, traveling to exotic
locales, reading good novels and writing an
occasional article for the media. Ask her
to whip up a healthy gourmet meal, and she’d
be glad to do it.

Astra Per Aspera
Marcia
developed her love affair with Kansas 22 years
ago, when she ventured to Kansas
to study journalism, first at Washburn University
and later at the University of Kansas,
where she earned a master's degree in journalism
with an emphasis in advertising.
"While sitting in a marketing class,
I suddenly realized I'd rather be a REALTOR®
than
anything else. It's in my blood."
Practice
Makes Perfect
First
managing and selling investment properties,
Marcia later became experienced in all phases
of real estate. "I use my advertising
background to provide my sellers' listings
with an unsurpassed
and astonishing presence in the Topeka area."
She employs her public relations & negotiating
skills,
along with her love of people, to help buyers
and sellers better understand the real estate
process and achieve their goals.
A
Piece of Cake!
Most
of all, Marcia uses her extensive knowledge,
background and aficion
for real estate
to make the buying and selling process easy
and understandable for her customers and
clients - a piece of cake!
